Welcome to Brian Wholesale Pallets. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Wholesale Purchase Agreement
All items are sold strictly "AS IS" and "WHERE IS", with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed. Liquidation inventory inherently includes customer returns and salvaged items.
2. Manifest Accuracy
While manifests provided by major retailers are generally highly accurate, variance of up to 5% regarding unit count, condition, or items is a standardized industry tolerance.
3. Payment Requirements
Orders must be paid in full via wire transfer, ACH, or designated secure gateways prior to the release of freight or loading dock scheduling.
