Wholesale Returns Policy
Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale freight scaling, All Sales Are Final.
We are a high-volume broker moving millions of units straight from retail distribution centers. Consequently, we cannot accept standard returns on items.
A claim for a "Return Exception" can only be made if the shipment was entirely undelivered, lost in transit by our approved freight partners, or if the BOL (Bill of Lading) proves delivery of an incorrect load identifier to your warehouse dock. Such claims must be submitted within 48 hours of dock receipt.
